What We Offer

Private Lessons

Instruments offered: Piano, Guitar, Voice, Violin, & Composition/Song Writing.

Private lessons give focused attention to the individual and their development on the given instrument. Students are encouraged to access freedom of their expression through the development of technical proficiency and fundamental musical concepts. This freedom sparks an enthusiasm that feeds their desire to learn more, to refine their skills through consistent practice, and to share in their achievement through public performance.

Benefits of Group Instruction

  • Implementation of a Reggio and Orf based curriculum
  • Exposure to multicultural music and various genres
  • Introduction to numerous instruments and their corresponding families
  • Use of music and movement time
  • Reading of child appropriate repertoire
  • Development of a love for music

Group lessons provide a cooperative manner in which children will learn to play and sing in small ensembles in and environment that's fun, dynamic, and engaging. Various methods will be used to develop a child's keen interest in playing and performing. Games will reinforce basic musicianship skills on the preparatory level: rhythm, movement, note recognition, sight reading, and familiarity with the given instrument.
